We had an old cash register given to us – not working! It still had a Metro Business Systems sticker on it so dropped in to them and WOW -what great people. Really knowledgeable about how we could optimise it and repair it. We now have 15 “departments’ and they set it all up, cut extra keys and filled the ink. Then delivered it back with extra Rolle etc. Just fabulous. Just wanted to say thank you for your superb service and help. The old register is doing a great job again! Really appreciate your service.

Metro Business System staff  is very helpful , they guided me to thoroughly to buy the right cash register for my shop.

The Tills at Marion Bay General Store are ancient and in the middle of an upgrade, but even with it being a busy Christmas period, Metro where more than helpful in helping me do a hard reset on the current malfunctioned till.
I’ve called them multiple times since and they have been fantastic.
They owed us nothing as the tills are more than 15-20 years old and obviously not under warranty either. I can not recommend them enough for their help in a tough spot, me reading the online manual was not helpful!!
Special shout out to Jim, who knew this particular till inside out and rattled of streams of programming straight from his head! A complete life saver! Super Friendly, know their product and can’t recommend them enough.
